Euthanasia Reason - Reason for euthanasia: Penny exited her property through a faulty fence, once at large Penny ran across a street where the victim was walking their dog. Penny began attacking the victim's dog, causing severe injury. When trying to stop the attack on her dog, the victim was bit on the hands by Penny. We are unable to supply Penny with the resources she needs. Penny is a safety risk and keeping her in the shelter is inhumane. Penny is now an evidence case and her status is pending at this time.
