Titan may have a tough name, but he?s a total sweetheart. This affectionate pup was found as a stray with several lacerations on his left forearm and some cellulitis, but he's receiving treatment and is on the mend.
Despite everything, Titan is full of love and eager for attention. He?s looking for a safe, caring home where he can finish healing and share his big heart.
Medical Notes
04/11/25: ticks seen
04/11/25: BAR. MM=Pink. Heart and lungs normal. Abdominal palpation normal. Walks with stiff gait in hindquarters. Significant proprioception deficit in the left rear leg. Resists extension of both coxofemoral joints. Several lacerations noted on the left forearm area with some cellulitis present. Sedated with Dexdomitor (.5mg/ml) 1.1cc IM
DX: Xray (RL & VD View Cervical and ThoracoLumbar spine and pelvis)=Soft tissue swelling noted proximal to left elbow. Bone material noted in stomach. No other signficant abnormalities noted.
After sedating, noted several bite wounds to the left rear leg proximal to stifle. Shaved hair from wounds on both left front leg and left rear leg near the stifle. Cleaned wounds with chlorhexidine scrub.
Shelter Observation
04/11/25: During the observation, Titan was resting. He allowed me to enter the kennel and verbally interact with him. Titan adored head rubs, was affectionate, and was calm.
