Thank you. He is now on the euthanasia list for ?Medical: dog is high heartworm positive. He has thinning hair and hair loss on chest, legs and shoulders. Skin scraping was." The shelter will help with heartworm medication if he is adopted through them. 📝 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬: 4/2/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Aproaching kennel dog was at the front of the kennel as i leash him he followed me outside, Once it was time to come inside he froze, I carry him into his kennel 4/4/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Dog was in kennel laying down front legs crossed, neutral body, bent ears. As I leashed him he sat up and stayed put, I baby talked him and he slowly came out of the kennel. As we walked out to the hall he would stop and freeze and not want to walk. I would baby talk him again and he would walk a few more steps, continued until we got outside. 4/5/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Alfie was a move adopt this morning. He continued similar behavior to previous note, freezing when walking, stiff tail, ears back, only moving a few steps with baby talk, sometimes interested in treats, tense body. 4/6/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Approaching kennel, Alfie greeted me with a neutral body and gentle expression. He was leashed easily and walked loosely almost prancing by my side and slightly ahead of me. When leashing from a run, he was at the opposite end and trotted over to me when he saw me, tail wagging and ears back. He has gotten significantly better on leash, walking with confidence, tail up and swaying, relaxed body. Quiet and friendly. 4/7/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: Alfie greeted me at the front of the kennel door with a relax body, soft squinty eyes and soft close mouth. Walking Alfie out of the kennel, he walked well on a loose leash while walking out to the dog run and while walking next to me while looking up at me to be petted. Alfie continued to walk with a relax body and a soft swaying tail. He is quiet in the kennel and notice he keeps his kennel clean. 📝 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬: T25-043275 04/01/2025 65.8 lbs 4/9 DERMATITIS Temperature : F Derm on neck, legs and chest.
