Coco is a 2-year-old dog who is currently recovering from a wound on his muzzle, with noticeable swelling and an open wound through his right upper lip. Despite his injury, he is a timid but sweet dog who quietly accepts gentle pets as he heals.

04/02/25 Laying in bed but got up with slight tail wag when leashing. Timid demeanor

04/01/25 pt is QAR; dried blood and wound on muzzle.
04/02/25 Resting comfortably in kennel. Calm during awake exam. A little nervous when palpating upper lip. H/L auscult WNLs, abdomen soft and non painful, testicles palpate WNLs. Swelling of R upper lip, open wound through R upper lip. 104 missing, mucous membrane from 104-106 is shredded. Blood on forelimbs and no other injuries noted.
