"Buffy" bite was unprovoked, it bit 2 times, the first bite was in the groin area with puncture bites and deep bruising, the 2nd bite was on the right forearm with a puncture and a deep tear cut that required stitches. These 2 bites happened in the same incident. Bites levels 2,3 and 4.
