Bio:
Navy is an energetic 1-year-old pup who loves to play and socialize. From our observations, he seems to enjoy rough and rowdy play with other dogs, though he may need some guidance to keep his enthusiasm in check. Navy appears to be a quick learner, as he reportedly responds well to the "sit" command.
Based on volunteer feedback, Navy tends to get excited during walks and may pull on the leash, but he's also known to be affectionate and seek attention from people. This playful pooch might benefit from some additional training to help channel his youthful energy.
Come meet Navy today and see if he's the perfect playmate for you!
Playgroup Assessment
3/2: High in energy, quick to begin playing with the other dogs. His play was a bit too much and not appropriate for everyone as he could get over stimulated during play. Needs group of tolerant dogs that can handle his level of energy. PG 2 Dog tolerant rough and rowdy

Navy was so excited to get out of his kennel and into a yard. He pulled a bit on leash and just wanted to run around once outside. He had some anxious energy and was more interested in looking out at the parking lot than engaging, but he did his business and would swoop in for occasional pets. He was very jumpy and mouthy in a puppy way, but as soon as I said "sit" he snapped to attention and sat very patiently for a treat. He didn't want to go back in his kennel but followed me with some coaxing.
3/3: Eager to Approach
