About tractor: My name is TRACTOR and am a male germ shepherd. I have been at the Lancaster Animal Care Center since March 2, 2025. The runner knelt at the kennel gate and began to verbally coax him, but he didnot approach. He dodged the leash a few times before the runner was able to loop leash him. Once on leash, he pancaked to the ground. He required some coaxing to exit the kennel and then pancaked to the ground agan. He appeared to not be leash trained, so the runner suitcase assisted him the very short distance from his kennel to the play yard. Once in the catch pen, he pancaked to the ground with concemed eyes and ears back. He did not approach the fence and did not greet the other dogs. He remained laying down while being collared by the runner and remained tolerant of this. He entered the play yard with soft eyes and a lowtail. He was approached by two dogs at the same time and remained tolerant of them both sniffing him. He did not retum the greetings. He then walked to the middle of the yard and laid down He remained tolerant of dogs approaching him and sniffing him, while he was laying down. He remained laying down in the middle of the yard with soft eyes and ears back, for the rest of his time in the yard. He continued to remain tolerant of dogs approaching and sniffing him, but did not retum any greetings. He is tolerant of the other dogs and has no play style at this time. Due to a prior incident, he will be designated as no poultry required and will require a known history of aggression disclosure for. See handling assessment for rescue only stipulation.
