Eyes: Avoids contact

Vocalizing: Growling
Fear-Anxiety-Stress level observed at intake: (3) Moderate FAS
Other behavior observations: growling appears to be out of fear. doesnt appear aggressive once leashed pet stops growling. will remain tense but allows petting. muzzled for exam as a precaution. pet will likely need continued socialization
