S/O: generalized areas of alopecia/hair
thinning/errythema/crusting/thickening/sores, small masses RR/LR, low HW+
A: skin scrape negative, ddx flea allergy/atopy/sarcops/demodex, masses, low HW+
P: rx clavamox 375mg bid x 14, rx ivomec .8ml sq, repeat in 2 & 4 weeks, rx capstar sid x 2, masses need surgical removal and biopsies
