1/15 Dog was placed in the outside runs yesterday as a move adopt. ACT had a hrd time leashing up dog due to avoing
contact and the leash . Took a couple of minutes to leash . Had to be slow with movements to prevent dog from running.
Leash Walk only until beahavior improves.
