Euthanasia Reason - Reason for euthanasia: Gretta has been taken out for enrichment 1 time since being brought into the shelter 4 days ago. On entry Gretta was displaying high FAS signs in the form of trying to bite staff and bite at the leash when placed on her. Pharmaceutical intervention was implemented. Gretta is tolerant with other dogs but also likes her space and does not hesitate to appropriately correct another dog when uncomfortable with them. Gretta is in need of a family that can provide her with consistent exercise, training, and monitored socialization. Gretta may benefit best in a home with adults. We are unable to supply Gretta with the resources she needs and keeping her in shelter is inhumane. Gretta is rescue only at this time and should be rescued by the end of the day 01/20/25.
