Euthanasia Reason - Reason for euthanasia: While the victim was walking down the street Sandy and two other dogs ran out of the property and attacked the victim on the hand, upper arm, back, buttocks, leg, and stomach area inflicting level 4 bites. The victim had to be transported to the hospital. We are unable to supply Sandy with the resources she needs. Keeping her in the shelter is inhumane and she is a safety risk. Sandy should be rescued by the end of the day 01/18/25
