On 12/11/24 Herbie attended playgroup. He was very vocal, barking constantly. He was unsure of other dogs and would flee and bark at them with hackles raised. He showed some interest in approaching dogs who were not facing him. He often seemed conflicted between being interested in other dogs and wanting to avoid them.
