Fabio is at risk due to behavior concerns. Fabio came into the care center as a stray and was very social with staff. In the care center, Fabio cage fights intensely coming out of kennel. He often turns back to bark at the other dogs after coming out. This behavior has now escalated to him fixating on squeaker sounds used to grab his attention to leash him and grabbing a handler's treat pouch. In a second instance, Fabio hyper focused on a second handler with a tense body when they used a squeaker to distract him from cage fighting. Fabio remained focused on them for the walk but took treats from them when offered. Medically, Fabio is underweight.
