10/19 Pantera displayed similar behavior to the previous note (When leashing Pantera stood still with a tense body and lowered her head avoiding the leash. She walked with a semi-loose leash, still tense. Passing her kennel in the afternoon, she was laying in front of her cot eyes dilated, furrowed brow and ears up/to sides.) When a volunteer took her out of her kennel she
froze and was shaking. Passing her kennel, she sat in front of the door, eyes dilated and ears up.
10/18 When leashing Pantera stood still with a tense body and lowered her head avoiding the leash. She walked with a semi-loose leash, still tense. Passing her kennel in the afternoon, she was laying in front of her cot eyes dilated, furrowed brow and ears up/to sides.
10/16 Pantera was a move adopt this morning. Approaching the run, she was in the corner of the run with a tense body, whaled eyes with a hard stare and tight close mouth. Trying to put the leash on she started moving her head away and avoiding the leash, tossed treats but was not interested in them. After a few minutes I was able to put the leash on her and started walking out of the run. While walking, Pantera still held a tense body, tail tuck between her legs and semi-pulling back on the leash. I walk her into her kennel, she didn't want to walk in but as soon as I walk into the kennel she followed.
10/15 very tensed, was avoiding leash moving head away, trembling, loose leash, tail tucked.
In kennel, dog is timid. I slowly entered kennel, and she sat in the back, shaking, and with a low head. She sniffed my hand and then allowed me to pet her head. I gave her treats but she ignored. I then came back with wet food and she gently
took it from my hands. While taking the wet food, she had a more relaxed body and slowly came closer to me.
10/14 Skittish, pacing at back of kennel when giving blanket and peanut butter nyla bone, tense and whale eyed. Approaching kennel, dog in the corner and had a tense body with dilated eyes and tucked tail. I easily lassoed the leash.
She walked with tense body and tucked tail.
10/20 Pantera is still tense when leashing unleashing. Passing kennel in the afternoon, she stood then sat, eyes dilated, tail wagging, ears back
