He flinches as I pet him and takes treats gently from hand, sniffing my hands after doing so with a tense body, wide eyes and a tucked tail. He is not interested in being leashed by retreating further away from me as I extend leash out to him with a tense and trembling body, wide eyes and a tucked tail.
