Take AP and lateral radiographs on hind limbs/pelvis.
Old, healing/remodeling comminuted fractures of R midshaft tibia/fibula. Tip of os penis appears to be fractured too. Dog can bear weight on the limb and is non-painful so I don't recommend amputation at this time. He will develop arthritis in the area so I recommend maintaining on glucosamine chondroitin supplements and omega 3,6,9 fatty acids supplements. Amputation may be warranted in the future. There is nothing to be done for the fractured os penis.
Playgroup Assessment
9/25: Lex would sniff around and explore the yard not minding the others. Would allow sniffs from others but mostly just stayed to himself. Enjoyed exploring and sniffing around the yard and would occasionally approach others.
