Filemon's previous owner reports he has bitten other dogs and people. At intake, he was nervous and dog reactive. Today in his kennel he was sweet and eager to go outside but does not know how to walk on a leash. Pancakes when overwhelmed. We're hoping to find a patient rescue, foster, or adopter to work with him on trust building and socialization.

Timid, did better in environment with fellow lower energy dogs as he was started to get more acquainted with things. Could give appropriate corrections when needing space.
SHELTER OBSERVATION
sweet, very eager to go out but once outside the kennel door he froze and didn't want to walk. He panics when he's overwhelmed.

Filemon is barky in his kennel I went in with him to get a photo he knows it, but just wanted to mostly continue barking at passersby and other dogs noises he seems quite anxious and not thrilled to be in his half kennel! (owner surrender)
