9/12 owners allow german shep loose from location. ongoing issue with homeowners
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:
9/13 Approaching kennel pet is standing at the front with a wagging tail and erect ears. He walked out of the kennel on a loose leash and ignored lunging/barking dogs in passing kennels. Once in back intake, able to complete work up with minimal restraint. When taken outside he met a couple other dogs through the fence with a play posture and wagging tail.
