𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 America was so scared when I approached her kennel. Once I pulled out the leash she immediately got a happy face! She was raring to go and immediately did her business outside. It was raining so we didn?t get to go to a run but she met another pup and did fantastic. She met another volunteer and was immediately Velcro dog. She?s scared in the shelter but just wants love.

𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: 9/1 America was brought over as a move adopt in the am. I noticed she began pacing back and forth with dilated pupils . She continously was knocking over her water bowl as well as flipping her bed. I had to resort in removing her water bowl and offering a bucket instead. As well as offering her a big blanket. To see if it helps her from being destructive in her kennel. 9/3 America shredded her blanket from over night as well as managing to remove her water bucket that was attached to her kennel. I offered her her bed to see how she would do throughout the day. On the leash she walks zigzag as well as turning around a standing agaisnt me. I have to redirect her with treats , seems to help. Once she is back in her kennel she seems a bit more calm. Offered ehr a rawhide and covered ehr kennel. 9/4 America was given her bed back to see how she would do with it in her kennel. She still manages to flip it over . Placed it upside down to see if that will help. She is wiggly upon approach. I am able to leash her up and walk her to the runs. She is wiggly upon the walk. Once I place her in the run and walk away she stands on her hind legs and whines. When I come back for her she is jumping on the kennel door , I have to leash her quickly . Walks back to kennel. Once she is in the kennel she is super wiggly , I offer her treats once she settle down and has all 4 on the floor.
