Rosa is at risk due to behavior concerns. Rosa was surrendered due to concerning behaviors observed in her previous home including defensive escalations towards strangers and resource guarding. Additionally, Rosa was reported to hard bark, pull hard on the leash, and attempt to snap at other dogs/animals, along with displaying hard barking toward strangers while in the home. Medically, Rosa is apparently healthy.
