𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 Volunteer 1: Sophia is just the cutest floppiest thing you ever did see. She was jumping up when I got to her kennel, but with redirecting she got down for me to leash her. We only walked outside for a brief time, but she was one of the softest things I had touched all day. She was happy to accept treats gently and is definitely food motivated. She is still young and needs some training just like any other puppy, but she did go potty as soon as we got to the grass. Her ears are one of a kind floppy and gave me a good giggle as they flopped in the breeze. See the video for your entertainment. Volunteer 2: soooo cute! Her kennel was covered when I approached but she was nothing but happy to see me and eager to go outside! didn?t seem to have an issue with the puppy beside her who was barking at her thru the door. play bowed with the dogs she shared the fence line with and didn?t see anything other but a playful happy girl! she was very nosy and wanted to get into the treats and hop up to see what was on the table but she redirected well with a finger snap and a ?no thank you!?. Definitely lots of potential for some basic training. She is SUPER treat motivated, but watch those fingers bc she is very eager to take the treat! subtle sit on command but I?m sure would master with some time and structure. Did her business outside and was easy to handle on leash. overall such a happy sweet girl! Volunteer 3: Sophia is the sweetest companion with a gorgeous, white coat! She adores treats, is super good at sitting, and was so friendly to everyone we walked by. Sophia was dying to get out of her crate and would love to bust outta BARC!

𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: 6/13: Sophia is commonly vocal in her kennel when the other dogs are barking. she will jump up on the wall and door to watch as I'm spot cleaning in the kennels around her. When i approach the kennel she greets me by jumping up on the kennel door with a fast wagging tail, however after i leash her she walks on a mostly loose leash out to the potty yards. she returned to her kennel without conflict. 6/10: Sophia began playing with her water bowl and spilling her water everywhere. She was vocal and jumpingon kennel door while all of the row was quiet. Dog behind her was asleep. Will be placing on Adopt Eval to monitor. 6/4: dog is super friendly and walks well on the leash.
