Rylo is seeking emergency placement due to behavioral concerns. Rylo has not acclimated well to the shelter environment and remains shut down out of high levels of fear. She does not come out of her kennel and if removed, she does not walk. Polo has to be carried once out of her kennel. During attempts to socialize and interact with her, Rylo either stays in one spot the entire time, avoidant of any interaction, or finds a hiding spot where she does not come out. Medically, Rylo is healthy.
