Linda is so lovely! She has an old soul and the most precious eyes which she kept gazing at me with. She is a looker and posed wonderfully for my pictures. She took my treats gently and seems to be a senior however she still moves about well! She got the tippy taps when she saw a kid coming down the row. She has some scarring on her rump that looks very unique but appears to have healed. I hate seeing an older gal laying alone in the shelter and I really hope someone will open their home for her!

12/29: Slow walking out of kennel, stopped in hallway so I had to carry rest of the way, no muzzle.
12/31: Linda stands at front of kennel with a soft loose body and tail, when leashed Linda walks out of kennel very slowly. Did not respond to treats often time stops in the middle of hallway.
While out in the runs this AM, linda was seen grabbing the fence with her teeth, and pulling very hard while whining. SHe displayed tense body, tucked tail, and furrowed brows. Please leash walk only.
1/01: Linda is timid and coruched over upon appraoch. I am able to slowly open kennel door and lean in to leash her up. Once leashed she becomes stiff and freezes in place. I tried to use baby talk to help motivate her to walk forward. It did help a bit. Once we got out of the row she refused to go any further. I dedcided to try and guide her to the chicken coop to have some alone time away from other noises dogs. Baby talk helped guide to that way and she went in willingly. I placed treats down for her and and unleashed. When coming back to leash ehr up she approached me with a wiggly body and wagging her tail. I leashed her up and she walked out loosely into A row. She began trying to sniff otehr dogs through the kennel doors as we walked by each of them, she got to Cowgirls kennel and she low growled and lunged forward, Linda's reaction was scared with her ears down and tail tucked and scurried away towards her kennel. I walked her in and she went to her bed and began to eat her treats. I was able to easily remove leash and exit kennel. 01/01/24 12:06
1/02: Linda presents ears back, crouching and cowering. She refuse walks outside so I just walks with her, but when she looked at other dogs, she trembled and hid in the middle of my legs. I just walked away and give her some treats so she could do the potty and then I return her to the kennel. I put a partial cover in her kennel's door and give her the enrichment
