About nicco: 11/29 Stray / Neutered Male / Staffie Mix / 1Y 1M / 55lbs / HW-
This guy was sitting quietly in his kennel and approached the door with a wagging tail when I opened it, he was easy to leash and walked outside happily with his tail wagging, he met dogs outside with polite sniffs and an alert wagging tail and he?ll come over to you for attention when he is called, he wasn?t super interested in the treats I had to offer, but sit without me having to ask! He did all his business outside and is just a happy goofy boy with a great smile! He has a great medium energy too, so I bet he?d made a good adventure buddy and then would happily cuddle with you on the couch at the end of the day. I would take this guy home, he?s too cute!
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: 12/7 When I approached to his kennel, Nicco was lying in the bed with relax body, so I Tossed treats to leash him up and go outside. He walked with loose leash and when I left him in the runs. Nicco takes opportunity to do the potty. In the kennel Nicco has been quiet. 12/10 nicco presented a relaxed body, soft facial expression and wagging tail. he walked on a semi loose leash and followed the trials of treats. remains quite and calm laying in his bed. 12/22 nicco greeted me with a relaxed body, soft facial expression and wagging tail. he walked on a semi loose leash and followed the trials of treats. remains quite and calm laying in his bed. he seems to enjoy pets 12/30 When approaching kennel, Nicco greets me with a open mouth smile and wagging tail, allows me to leahs and begins walking, begins to fence fight with Dalton (A1914466) as he is passing by, he walks outside on a semi-loose leash, when put in run holds a stiff tail and dialated pupils, but no signs of aggresssion in run till I brought out Milo (A1912822) and Nicco lunged at run door and began to growl/vocalize loudly even when thrown treats did not allow redirection until Milo was taken away from situation, Nicco walked up to gate greeted me with a wagging tail and allowed me to leash, he walked back in with a semi-loose leash and was walked on the outside of me to prevent any other redirection towards any dogs.
12/31 When approaching kennel he was standing at the front of kennel door with loose wiggly body, I was able to open the door a nd place a leash on him. As soon as I opened the door a little more he then bolted out and whipped around the corner standing on his hind legs growling and thrashing his head. I had to pull him off the kennel door and walked fastly outside. As we reached outside he seen another dog in the distance, he then started to present a forward stance stalking the other dog with furrowed brows, lip licking, high erect flagging tail, ears pinned back and when the dog got closer in distance he jumped in the air growling/barking/whimpering. I tried getting his attention back to me with baby talk and treats but didn't show any interest and had to walk him in the opposite direction and was still fixated on the other dog. So I just had walked him around the property until his kennel was cleaned.
