BEHAVIOR NOTE
12/01/23 10:34 Jumping on front legs, open mouth, tongue out, fast wagging tail when entering kennel with scoop of food. Had
to hold Calvin back with one hand while pouring food as he was blocking bowl with his head, still stretching neck trying to get to
food bowl. After eating lied on bed, on side with head up, calm. Walked out with tight leash initially but very treat motivated and
able to use treat trail to redirect mostly, but still had to be very fast with tossing treats down as he ate quickly. Took a new
picture in the courtyard and Calvin knows sit, down and shake hand (did not know other hand, only the one)
MEDICAL CONSULT
Spoke with Mr David regarding carpus abnormalitiy and recommendation of furthur care with radiologist review/orthopedic
consultation. Adopter understood and would like to purchase prevention and opt into treatment, might get treatment elsewhere
though due to march-april injection bookings.
BEHAVIOR NOTE
Barking and showing teeth at dogs in outside runs next to him. I was able to leash him and removed him from run. Kept trying
to re-direct to dog in run and focused on him when walking him back into eval. He relaxed more once back inside, I placed him
in his kennel and unleashed him.
BEHAVIOR NOTE
when walking to outside run, he lunged and growled at any dog walking past. When trying to place in outside run calvin
snapped at neighboring dog and tried to fence fight
BEHAVIOR NOTE
Painted this morning, open mouth, jumping on the kennel door, whining. I leashed and he walked on a foward leash not going
for treats. Going down in the hall he turned around and was barking at anther dog. Distreacted with baby talk and leg pats.
Was sniffing around outside with his tail up.
BEHAVIOR NOTE
Canine is jumping up on kennel door when I approach, but gets down when I toss treats in the rear of his kennel. When
placing leash he is mouthy towards my hand, and nips at the leash. When on leash he pulls very hard, unable to be redirected
by treats or baby talk. While in runs he is growling, hackles raised, and hyperfocused on other dogs in the runs next to him. I
have to leash him and apply steady pressure before he brakes his hyperfocusand begins pulling as I walk him back inside.
When offered treats this time he snaps at the treat, making contact with my hand, not breaking skin.
