About kermit: 12/13 Stray / Male / GSD Mix / 4Y / 45lbs / HW-
Despite his notes Kermit was the easiest pup to get out of kennel! He was calm and collected and was easy to walk on a leash. He was a bit timid at first when we were on the grass, but was sniffing everything! He started to warm up once he noticed I had treats! He kept sniffing my hand waiting for more. He was the gentlest baby just wanting a family that will love him and have the patience to show him he can be loved.
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: 12/23 Kermit has been walking in circle inside the kennel. I tossed treats to leash him up but he refuse take them. Outside he walked beside me and wagging tail when I use the babytalk. He was calm in the runs but refuse enter to the kennel, so I lift his back side to help him in and put a blanket in his kennel's door.
12/16 when appraoching kennel, dog stayed in the back of the kennel with a semi tight body. I lassoed the leash around him and he began to wlak on a semi tight leash. He showed no interest in treats. He was very skittish at any loud noises
12/22 dog had jumped out of the kennel as i was cleaning in the opposite side of the row and quickly put the dog i had tied to the wall in a empty kennel and did kissy noise to the dog that was loose and when i leashed him i placed him in a temporary kennel while i took out a dog that had a whole covered kennel and when i came back dog was out of the temporary kennel so i placed him in a covered kennel he tried to jump up and he stopped once he couldnt get out.
12/21 When I approached to his kennel, Kermit was lying with tense body so I tossed to leash him up but he refuse takes treats. Outside he walked fast and pulling the leash, so I give him babytalk all time. In the runs he takes opportunity to do the potty. When I returned him to the kennel Kermit was pulling the blanket out of his door, so I put a plastic cover on it.
12/18 Dog standing at the front of kennel with a semi loose wiggly body and tail, when on leash dog pulls forward to get outside. Once outside dog will potty and then walk back to kennel on loose leash.
