Does not always react to dogs when he is walking by their kennels. Did show some aggression towards shelter staff after getting extremely excited over another dog. Needs experienced handler. *****Animals are eligible for adoption by the public after their stray hold period. Rescues are permitted to pull on 1/3/24; animal is also legally available for euthanasia on this same date.
