Pt presented from AER - Possible HBC
QAR, slightly anxious, abrasion along dorsal aspect of tail, moist dermatitis on ventral abdomen, able to stand with assistance but
nonambulatory with nonweight bearing lameness on right pelvic limb, eating ok, no V/D
r/o HBC trauma, trauma from object (fencing, trap, etc.), other trauma, pelvic injury/fx, spinal injury/fx, infection/inflammation
Requested wound clip & clean and SSD bandage for tail, PPG, Rimadyl
Advise pelvic/pelvic limb rads
