Tati is stressed here at BARC and it makes sense since she is an older, Owner Surrendered gal. She had red dilated eyes and was standing at the front of her kennel barking as I approached her suite. She would stand up on her back legs and bark at me, sort of like a dolphin breaking the surface of the water. She would break her hard stare at me to search for and eat the treats but I did not feel comfortable opening her door to attempt leashing her up or taking her out.
