Trainernotes: 08/26/2023 limited evaluation due to medical dog displayed sociability by coming over for affection and treats with a wagging tail.
Vet Exam Notes:08/24/2023 patient is bar, ambulatory, pink mm, reported trauma, patient is knuckling along RF with superficial abrasions along cranial elbow, weight bearing RF but exhibiting distal limb cellulitis, there is a full thickness laceration along LF lateral elbow region with underlying sq and muscle tissue exposure, there is a make-shift bandage along the LF elbow, citizen reported having placed glue to close open wound, r/o trauma, infxn/inflamm, RF brachial plexus vs reaidal nerve trauma, other requesting wound clip/clean/flush- placed skin staples to help oppose skin edges but will need proper wound debride and repair advise daily wound flush and infuse honey begin antibiotics/analgesics monitor RF and recheck in 1 month to determine if still knuckling or if neurotrauma resolved
Web Notes:08/26/2023 Give me a chance to see that you were made for me! Miracle is a sweet boy who gives friendly tail wags to new people. He really likes affection and will lean into you while being pet or getting cuddles. Miracle had a wound on his left shoulder that is being treated and is knuckling on his right front leg. He is still able to go on short walks and likes to sniff around in the play yard. But ultimately he would enjoy hanging out and spending time with you.
