I came into the shelter as a agency on 8/8/2023.
Colonel is on emergency placement for behavioral reasons. He is a fearful dog who has been observed to now become panicked or uncomfortable when leaving the proximity of the shelter. Colonel recently became jumpy and mouthy with his adopter leaving bruising but didn't break skin while the adopter was trying to walk him home. Medically, he is apparently healthy.
