Intake: 2 LOOSE DOGS WITHIN APT COMPLEX

5/17 2nd Attempt at heartworm test, taking off of tech eval. When dog came out of kennel he was forward, ears up with a slow wag. He was eating treats off the ground and walked well on leash. We leashed muzzled him and he instantly started to thrash, flail all over the floor and alligator roll and low growl when we touched his leg.
5/16 needs heartworm test - dog was thrashing during work up needs a 24 hour calm down to attempt blood draw again
