5/4 - Reporting 3 dogs who tend to be aggressive towards people in the neighborhood. He explained the dogs roam near and Contact complainant
5/7 - I was preparing to grab another dog to move them to their next clean kennel when I noticed an ACT struggling with Starsky as he was not walking through a doors threshold. I walked over to help. We both were baby talking and offering treats but he still was not moving. We decided to carry him and I muzzled him. However when I went to lift the dog up he jerked his head back towards me suddenly. I can assume he was attempting to bite me. We did a temporary harness and carried/walked him all the way back to his new kennel.
