wounds on face, beside cheeks. gave clavamox 375mg and caprofen 100mg per vet.
S/O: wounds on right and left side of muzzle-left worse, low HW+
A: wounds, low HW+
P: rx clavamox 375mg bid x 14, rx rimidyl 100mg sid x 14
