A: ddx ou corneal scars, ddx ou nuclear sclerosis/cataracts, ddx ou upper and lower mild entropion, skin scrape negative, ddx flea allergy, healing sore, high HW+
P: rx gentocin drops ou 2 bid x 14, rx rimidyl 125mg sid x 14, rx capstar sid x 2
