𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:4/18/23 s/o: dog came in on night shift last night with note of difficulty using rear legs . The dog is thin and does not want to use rear legs to move
a: down in hindend suspect possible lower spinal injury
p: will treat with 75mg Carprofen SID x 10 days and would recommend pts if not tagged by rescue by end of stray hold
