Vet Exam Notes:04/06/2023Pt presented with a pedunculated and ulcerated mass on right lateroventral thorax Alert but depressed; severe fleas; cachexic (BCS 2/9); pale pink mm; heart murmur 5/6; all incisors worn, some wearing of canine teeth, E/D well, no V/D Requested Capstar, Vit K04/09/2023adding vit k per dr figgers04/09/2023recheck- patient is e/d well, ambulatory, underweight, no overt bleeding/ulceration of pendunculated mass, otherwise stable, ok to kennels for continued care04/11/2023Pt. is BAR, very nervous, visual exam only. Nails are overgrown. Previously noted pendulous mass on abdomen. Visual exam otherwise unremarkable. TNT at sx, consider removal of mass at time of spay if possible (pending sx approval).
