Penny needs a hold 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟭𝗣𝗠 or she?ll be euthanized. We need pledges and a local foster for a rescue to help.

Penny leashed up easily enough but once I got her outside, she was SO scared and even tried to climb the fence to avoid being near me. She would eat the treats I tossed her as long as they were close to her but otherwise, she wouldn?t come toward me. I had to chase her a bit to get her back on a leash and truly, even then she didn?t want to be near me. I felt so bad for her because I could tell she wanted to trust, she?s just not had a single instance where humans have been worthy of that for her.
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: 4/10: Approaching kennel, dog comes to em with a low head, whale eyes and a fast tucked tail wag. I offer treats which she ignores and then leash her. Penny walks at a distance from me but then gets closer when I squat down and offer treats with a tucked tail. She jumps on the kennel with a pulled back smile and wagging tail. Covered kennel door and gave extra enrichment.
4/11: Penny standing at the front with a wiggly tail and body, being very vocal. Once on leash Penny walks on semi loose leash but when another dog gets close Penny starts to get tense and walks with a tucked tail.
