𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: Odin was one of my favorites today! He is all black, with a big underbite and a shy boy and I fear he will be overlooked. He was sitting quietly in his kennel and walked up to me slowly. I didn?t have treats with me so I let him sniff my hand which he did and I got some tail wags from him. He leashed up easily and walked out slowly. Odin has a shyness to him, and he moves slowly. He would take a couple of steps and stop to look up at me, and then continue walking when I?d encourage him. Nevertheless he made it to the runs just fine. He was quiet in the runs, in fact during our time together I didn?t hear him make a noise. He waited patiently and quietly while I took notes of some other dogs. There was a large dog in the runs next to him, and Odin was completely fine just sitting next to him. When I came back to him, he was super happy and I could see his personality start to come out. He started licking my hand and giving tail wags and sitting right in front of me. On our way back, he met some dogs in nearby kennels and did excellently with each one of them. I really love Odin and hope someone comes for him.

4/3 Dog is timid with whale eyes and tucked tail, had to leash slowly and use baby talk to get him to get out of kennel slowly. Dog army crawl when walking on leash. Had to continue to get low and use baby talk to get him to walk forward slowly. Went into kennel with no problem.
4/5 Dog was a move adopt this morning. When leashed and taken from the runs he hesitated, lowered his body and pancaked. When approached and talked to, he fluttered his tail against the cement. When other staff walked away, he stood and walked slowly towards the building. Once we approached the door, he stopped and lowered his body again. I picked him up and placed him in the building. When we reached the suite door, he lowered his body again. I picked him up and carried him to his new kennel.
