dog displays sociability by coming over for pets and treats with a wagging tail, jumping up, and barking. dog was separated from kennel
mate due to aggression.
Vet Exam (03/22/2023): Severeal cutaneous round, red to purple pigmented mass located around muzzle and around scrotum
Pt also has some granulomas present over the boney protruberences of the legs
r/o cutaneous hemangiosarcoma, mast cell tumor
RX
Prednisone 5mg PO BID X 4 days, then SID X 4 days
Simplicef 100mg 1 1/2 tab PO SIDX 14 days
Will put in med alert to notify chief veterinarian before scheduling neuter sx as patient may require a scrotal ablation +/- chest radiographs to
r/o metastasis
