Socrates needs a hold 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟭𝗣𝗠 or he?ll be euthanized. We need pledges and a local foster for a rescue to help.

𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 Socrates is such a short and blocky guy and reminds me of a newborn calf - he?s got the floofy wide set ears, his fur is patchy and coarse, and he?s often giving very wide eyes. . He was very timid leashing up and would walk behind me on a loose leash. Once he was alone outside, Socrates got vocal for a bit - almost mooing - and tried to press the fence panels looking for an escape. After some time and even in my prescience, Socrates would curl up in the grass and just snooze. He wasn?t interested in getting pats or rubs, but he did let me when I returned him to his kennel.
𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 1 dog roaming loose.
3/20 Dog has loose body, soft eyes with a small wiggly tail. Able to leash him easy and walked well on loose leash. Placed in the runs, when coming to take dog back to his kennel, dog would avoid me in the runs. Dog moving away and started low growling when I got to close. Dog became tense with a stiff tail, had to get assistance from another ACT to help leash dog.
𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: 3/20/23: In addition to scarring, Hair loss on ears, chest, and front legs,hocks and groin. Dog is nervous and twitchy to touch. No skin scrape performed. Possible sarcops, will treat empirically per vet.
