𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮: This sweet, older guy was picked running loose in a neighborhood. He is heartworm positive, has dermatitis and missing teeth.
𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 1 dog, with mange on ears// roaming loose.

3/16/23:
S/O: generalized areas of alopecia/hair thinning/pigmentation/thickening especially on ear pinna/limbs/rear end, missing/fxed teeth, high HW+
A: skin scrape negative, ddx sarcops/demodex/flea allergy/atopy, dx dental dz, high HW+
P: rx .8ml ivomec sq, repeat in 2 & 4 weeks, rx capstar sid x 2
