𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀 Marvin is such a goof. His kennel card says Staffordshire and I agree but I believe there?s some mastiff in there too. He?s a big energetic jumpy boy but oh. Soooo. sweet. Tiger Lily was in the run next to us and he was immediate with the play bows and the happy wags. He doesn?t appear to know any commands, but he wants all your attention so I?m sure he could learn. He has tons of energy, but in the hot sun he chilled out and laid under some shade and under me. Marvin is STARVIN? for some attention. He jumps on you and when he?s chill, he lays under you. It?s so endearing. I am just so rooting for this huge goober. He met a two-year-old girl on the way back and he was gentle and sweet and gave her so many kisses. He had so much interest today, but ultimately, I think some people find his big size intimidating.

2/21 Marvin greeted me at kennel door loose body , I was able to easily leash him and he was forward on the leash and I began tossing down chunks of hot dogs due to him eating smaller treats and help him slow down . Once placed in the outside runs he became very over aroused and vocal as well as jumping on the fence. I had to go bck to retrieve him. Recommend leash walk only. On the walk back he followed his trail of hot dog chunks. I was able to get a new photo and walke him back to kennel. He walked loosely but then would get a scent and follow that direction. Had to keep distracting him with hot dog chunks. Once placed into outside part of kennel he walked right in and I tossed down treats. Also offered a rawhide with cheese. Kept him busy throughout the morning. Throughout the day he kept busy with his plushy. Potential adopters took him out and he did very well with them on the leash.
2/24 Marvin greeted me in front of the kennel and at first he walked next to me and as we walked for he could pottie he didn't he began to jump on me constantly and even when I threw treats he wouldn't get off then i walked him back to his kennel due to him constantly jumping on me.
3/1 Loose wiggly body when I approached the kennel, walked close to my side while walking. Took treats from my hand softly. When walking through, noticed that he was ripping up his blankets. I placed rope toys in his kennel to try and redirect him.
