About jude: A4621626 Jude is a fabulous 11-year-old black-and-gold female Dachshund mix who came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on April 11th because her owner couldn't afford to care for her. Weighing 16 lbs, Jude is an incredibly sweet dog. She's good on leash, showed signs of being housebroken, and was relaxed around other dogs. Her former owner said Jude is good with small children and with cats. This loving, gentle dog has some veterinary issues that have been neglected, including alopecia (hair loss, which often clears up with improved diet) on her ears and paws and an eye problem that is being treated at the shelter. Jude is a loving and cooperative senior dog who has a lot of love left to give. She has the ideal personality for just about any home where she gets the TLC she deserves.
