Walkathon Vendor Application
DogsInDanger will hold its 2nd annual "March for the Dogs" Walkathon on Sunday, May 15, 2011 at FDR Park in Yorktown Heights, NY. This family event will consist of a fundraising walk along with lots of other activities including live music, great food, dogs for adoption, lots of vendors, photographs with celebrities, silent auction, face painting, and much more.

On May 15 you can reach hundreds of dog owners and show your support for our lifesaving mission.

There is no fee for a 10 x 10 booth space at the event. We provide the space; you need to bring your own tables, chairs and tents if needed. Set up begins at 8:00 a.m. and must be completed by 9:30 a.m.

Other terms for vending at event:
  1. Display materials, tables, chairs, etc. are the responsibility of the vendor.
  2. 10 x 10 booth space at the event. No cover provided. If more than one space is required, please contact us to discuss.
  3. We provide the space. You need to bring your own tables, chairs and tent, if needed.
  4. Set up begins at 8:00 a.m. and must be completed by 9:30 a.m.
  5. Deadline for vendor registration is April 30, 2011.
  6. No selling of food or beverage items without our permission.
Attention Shelters and Animal Rescue Groups: Please note that if you are a shelter/rescue and are bringing dogs, you must provide a certificate of insurance with The Buddy Fund, Inc. and FDR Park named as additional insureds. The certificate may be mailed to the address below or e-mailed to info@dogsindanger.com and must be received by April 30, 2011. If you do not have insurance, you are still welcome to attend, but we ask that you do not bring any animals with you.
