𝐀𝐋𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐃 is now on the euthanasia list for "Heartworms; LOS 15+ Days." 📝 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬: 3/21/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: Slightly tense at 1st but walked on a loose leash, tail close to legs, sniffing the ground. 3/23/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: sitting as i walked past was easy to leash him very calm. Walked well outside sniffed around stayed very close to me. Took pictures of him and was very well behaved let me clean his face and body. Took him in the outside runs sniffed around as well like to be petted. When i took him back he let me leash him very easily. didn't want to go back to the kennel so i stepped in with him and he followed no issues. 3/26/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: relaxed body, wagging tail, walked on a loose leash out to outside runs. when back to kennel he began to pull back on leash refusing to go into kennel I had to carry and place into kennel due to baby talk and treats not working. 3/28/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: Walked very well with loose leash next to me, wagging tail for AM & PM walks yesterday, AM walk this morning. Walked into kennel and lied down on his bed after eating treats all three times. Did not pancake at any point of walk. Will update with PM walk. 3/29/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: Approaching kennel, Alfred was laying on his and walked to the door to greet me. He was leashed easily and walked semi-loosely with a neutral body. Passing kennel, he was sleeping on his cot. Quiet and friendly. 3/30/2025: BEHAVIOR NOTE: Alfred walked loosely by my side with a neutral body, tail up and swaying.
