Pt has a 1-2 inch , circular area of very moist dermatitis under its Rt earon its neck. Pt also has open , infected puncture wound on the rt side of its face. Pt has several old bite wounds on its body and aall over its legs. Pt rt front leg in particular has several scars and wounds medially on the forearm. No fracture or open wounds found on leg at this time. A: Open wounds, Superficial moist dermatitis- likely secondary to a bite wounds. P: Cephalexin 250mg, 2 capsules PO BID x 14 days // clip and clean wounds on face and neck and other. If not cooperative- clip and clean at time of neuter.
