She is now on the euthanasia list for "LOS 23+ Days." The shelter will help with heartworm medication if she is adopted through them. 𝐅𝐊𝐀 𝐓𝐖𝐈𝐆𝐒 needs a good, loving, committed family of her own where she will get the love, care, and attention she so deserves. 📝 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬: 3/14/2025 INTAKE: loose puppies and loose dogs. 3/19/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE:Twigs presents a very timid body. i took her out ot the runs and she walked on a loose leash. When i came back for her, she would go around the bench not letting me near her, i had to move the table to the side so she would not be able to hide, and i was able to leash her, she walked her well back to her kennel. Marked Loose leash walk only. 3/20/2025 BEHAVIOR NOTE: 03/20/25 12:49 Twigs watched me approach kennel, lying flat on bed. Lifted head as I entered kennel and once leashed stood and walked out with peppy walk, slightly ahead of me with semi-loose leash. Had to place her back as I had to take another dog quickly and she circled around and walked back into her kennel. Lied back on bed and same process to leash and walk out to runs. When I came back for her in the run she was standing by gate, approached but then hesitated as I placed leash on.
