An abrasion on the left side and puncture wound on the right side was noted. Benadryl, carprofen, and erythromycin was prescribed. The face is still swollen this morning and ACT reported maybe worsening. - The left side of face is swollen with an abrasion or puncture wound of the left zygomatic region. The swelling extends to the left muzzle. The left upper carnassial tooth is intact. - The right side of face is unremarkable. A: soft tissue swelling of left face P: possible tooth root abscess vs. wound will add in clavamox 375mg BID x 10 days recommend dental radiographs to evaluate for tooth root T25-030066 03/17/2025 57.0 lbs 4.5/9 HEARTWORMS Temperature : F 3/17/25 s/o: dog was noted with swelling on left side of face. The left eye has some mucoid discharge.
